Each of our classes is a unique experience, meticulously crafted to suit the individuals present. We don’t adhere to rigid routines; instead, we embrace purpose-driven, fluid movements that align with each student’s needs.
Drawing from my dance background, I infuse choreography with intention and proper technique, believing that any action should be carried out deliberately and with a sense of purpose. My ultimate goal is for every student to leave class with a feeling of gain and improved well-being.
One of the joys I find in teaching is tailoring movements to fit each student’s abilities, fostering progress, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment. The realm of possibilities is vast, offering constant opportunities for growth and diversification.
In addition, we delve into Embodiment Meditation, a practice centered around grounding and presence, infusing the body with a soothing calmness. This practice enables you to truly experience your body from within, an extraordinary sensation you might not have encountered before.
