Inspirational Eating

for vegan enthusiasts (present or future)

Plant-based eating is becoming a more popular way of eating, whether it be for health reasons, ethical reasons, animal cruelty reasons or for any other personal reasons.

I have been a plant-based eater for many many years and find it extremely tasty and nutritious. There is an abundant of options available and deliciousness to be had. I love creating new meals and snacks and knowing that I am feeding and fuelling my body with love and respect.

Below you will find examples of some dishes I make on a regular basis. I avoid processed foods (except veggie burgers because I haven’t yet mastered the art of making them).

I feel a heightened sense of pride when I take the time and make everything from scratch because I know what I am putting into my body.

I need the energy the foods give me for my long days of work as well as my training and workouts. I enjoy wonderful gut health (no bloating or any other issues) and not being moody because my needs are met through feeding myself correctly.

I put thought and planning into my diet so that I always have something healthy to eat, whether it be a meal, a snack, or a smoothie/juice.

Food is an amazing part of life.

What you eat impacts your body and mind – skin, hair, health, weight, organs, mood and energy.
