Meridian Stretching

Dmanungaerived from the works of Shitzuto Masunaga, Meridian Stretching is a series of exercises based on the pathways of energy in the body (Qi energy.)

The concept of these exercises is to focus on the sensation you get when the muscles are stretched and then using breathing techniques to feel it.

The goal of these stretches is to allow the life force energy to flow through your twelve meridians, by stretching them. Every movement harmonises the energy of two complementary meridians.
