When I am not doing my own Pilates workout, I am running/walking with my beautiful dog ‘Bo’ every day or grappling on the ground in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I also take time out to enjoy the simple pleasures in life like gardening, family time and reading. I lead a very active and healthy lifestyle, hence my passion to help others achieve their goals.
What I really do is educate and empower people to look after themselves inside and out and help them bring balance into their life through massage, movement, meditation and good healthy eating habits.
I believe that people get lost in their day-to-day lives, so much so that they get worn down and burnt out. They forget how important self-care really is. If you are not there to look after yourself, then who is? If you are the pillar of the family and you are crumbling down, how are you going to be there for yourself and for those that depend on you?
The real reason what I do is to get people out of their glum so they can feel good about themselves, accept who they are, enjoy who they are, be happy and at peace within themselves, be optimistic about life, share their happiness with those around them and see the joy spread… just by giving themselves the self-care their body needs to enjoy and fulfilled life.
