Remedial Massage

Massage reduces stress and tension in the body to enable it to return to its natural state of well-being.

Massage therapy can be used alone or combined with other alternative therapies, such as cupping and dry needling, to produce desired results.

Hot Stone Massage

The heat from the volcanic basalt stones relaxes the muscles, helps remove toxic waste products, and relieves stress and stiff joints. The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system.

Pregnancy Wellness

During pregnancy your body changes. Combining Massage, Pilates and a healthy nutritional balanced diet aims to ease the body of aches and pains while strengthening it in preparation for pre-natal and ante-natal fitness. Lymphatic Drainage

A very light massage that is used to encourage lymph flow through the body. It helps to reduce bruising, swelling, fluid retention and edema and also assists in the detoxification process.

Transformational Health Coaching

Specialising in Eating, Health & Wellness

Simply put a Transformational Health Coach helps you discover, commit and focus on your Eating, Health and Wellness goals. Everyone is different so we work together to empower you and your dreams.

Each session will include defining your objectives, overcoming your challenges, finding a resolution and putting together an action plan that will drive and motivate you to succeed.

I will also keep you accountable on every action and goal you want. Sometimes having someone to motivate us and hold us accountable for our goals is exactly what is needed.

Pilates – Garuda – Barre – Rehab – Fitness

Pilates conditions and develops the deeper, supporting muscles of the body to improve posture, balance and coordination. The Six Principles of Pilates are:

FLOW – CONCENTRATION – CENTERING – BREATH – CONTROL – PRECISION

These principles are referred to continuously during the session as a reminder to assist you in further enhancing your practice and benefiting your body and mind.

Our range of classes gives you the opportunity to change up your training, keep your practise fresh and work on your mindbody connection!

Pilates One / Pilates Two gives you the opportunity to enhance your practise by utilising private or semi-private coaching sessions.

We offer plenty of classes to work around your schedule whether you’re an early bird, love a mid-morning workout, or want to swing by after work. We’ve also got options for our weekend warriors!
