Remedial Massage
Massage reduces stress and tension in the body to enable it to return to its natural state of well-being.
Massage therapy can be used alone or combined with other alternative therapies to produce desired results.

Hot Stone Massage
Using heated volcanic basalt stones to relax the muscles, help remove toxic waste products, relieve stress and stiff joints. The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system.

Lymphatic Drainage
A very light massage that is used to encourage lymph flow through the body. It helps to reduce bruising, swelling, fluid retention and edema and also assists in the detoxification process.

Pregnancy Wellness
During pregnancy your body changes, combining massage and Pilates aims to ease the body of aches and pains while strengthening it in preparation for prenatal and antenatal fitness.
Pilates Training
PILATES – GARUDA – BARRE – GOLFIT – MERIDIAN STRETCHING
Pilates conditions and develops the deeper, supporting muscles of the body to improve posture, balance and coordination.
All Pilates sessions are done as small group training. These personalised sessions aim to further enhance your practice and benefit your body and mind through The Six Principles of Pilates: Concentration – Flow – Centering – Breath – Control – Precision.
Personalised Training
Rehab – personalised training to help you on the road to recovery from injury or a predisposed condition.
BodyFit – personalised training that challenges you to make you stronger, leaner and more toned. It still incorporates Pilates-based techniques but is a step up from traditional Pilates training.
